No SLSA provenance npm registry signatures gitHead linked

SourceRuleReasonAccepted byWhen
npm-metadata url-dep:fast-base64-decode AI (npm-metadata): Dependency is pinned to a specific tag on the same author's own GitHub repo. Stable reference, low risk given author's established reputation and consistent ownership. ai
provenance no-provenance AI (provenance): Package predates Sigstore provenance on npm by years; absence is expected for this era of publishing. ai
