@opencensus/web-types
OpenCensus Web types is a slightly-patched copy of the `types.ts` files from `@opencensus/core` so that they can be easily imported in web-specific packages.

Without SLSA provenance there is no cryptographic link between this tarball and the public source — the axios compromise (March 2026) relied on exactly this gap.
